Scientists Building Super Tiny Robot Hand
UCLA engineering scientists are building a MICROSCOPIC ROBOT HAND, controled by air pressure rather than electricity, that can gently grasp the tiniest of objects. They hope the hand, which has four fingers made of silicon, can be used for surgery. Future versions will have a tiny camera, so surgeons can see exactly what they’re grabbing. (VIDEO)
