Brazilian police today foiled a plot to smuggle cell phones into a maximum-security by flying them over the wall inside a basket attached to a large remote-control toy helicopter. Police found the 3-feet long helicopter in the truck of a car outside the prison. The helicopter had a basket attached to the bottom, which was to carry the nine cell phones also found inside the car wrapped inside a disposable diaper.
