Microsoft’s UI research is straight up ‘Minority Report’ awesomeness.

Microsoft's hief research and strategy officer Craig Mundie demonstrates some of Microsoft's user interface research, which is right out of the movie, Minority Report. It uses hand gestures (in the air, not touching the screen) and even eye tracking!
