Man sues Apple, says iPod Mafia threatened him

A California man is suing Apple, claiming that the iPod Mini and Shuffle he bought were used as conduits through which the Italian mafia threatened to kill him. Which is absurd, because if Apple wanted to threaten anyone, its own lawyers are way scarier than the mafia.
