Ultra-realistic police drama, “The Shield,” which centers on a corrupt police “strike team” that targets gangs, was filming in a gang-infested Los Angeles neighborhood when the cast and crew were confronted by REAL GANG-BANGERS demanding cash for being allowed to film on their turf.
