Inquirer Says 126% of Americans Are Stupid

UK tech tabloid “The Inquirer” covered a report on Internet scamming victims with the usual link-driving anti-American spin, saying, among other things, that “126 PERCENT (of U.S. households polled) believed that the odds were in their favour that they’d won the Swedish National Lottery.”
