How to Use GPS Underwater

Scuba diving GPS enthusiasts have figured out how to USE GPS UNDERWATER — despite the fact that GPS signals can’t penetrate water. First, they place standard handheld GPS gadgets inside waterproof containers. Then, they tether them. Then, they reel them back down and read the location. (props to CrunchGear and Hack A Day)
