Al Qaeda reportedly planned to release a video to mark their September 11, 2001, attacks. But the posting of the video was stopped by hackers, who reportedly “KNOCKED OUT AL QAEDA’S ONLINE MEANS OF COMMUNICATION, thus preventing them from posting anything to commemorate the anniversary.”
