Google Earth Forces Navy to Fix Swastika Buildings

The U.S. Navy plans to spend up to $600,000 to modify 40-year-old buildings at the Navy’s amphibious base at Coronado, California so they DON’T OFFEND USERS OF GOOGLE EARTH. From the ground, they just look like boring government buildings. But looking straight down — like in Google Earth and Google Maps — they look like swastikas.
