France May Cut Internet Access to Music Pirates

French President Nicolas Sarkozy is expected to endorse a plan today to CUT ALL INTERNET ACCESS to people who ignore warnings to stop downloading movies and music illegally. The government would work with ISPs to detect illegal downloads with special software.
