Four Cell Phones Found on Texas Death Row

Posted on 01 January 1970 by

The discovery of these phones came in the week since the end of a prison-wide lock-down imposed after an inmate was using a cell phone to make threatening calls to a Texas state senator who is chairman of the Senate’s Criminal Justice Committee. You don’t even want to know how they smuggled those phones in there.
