A woman named Jennifer Reisinger claims the Sheboygan, Milwaukee, city attorney ordered her to remove links to the city’s police department web site from her personal site. She believes the order was motivated by her support of a previous recall of the mayor. She also claims the city launched a criminal investigation into her alleged web linking (which, of course, isn’t illegal). Now, in a case that’s historically unprecedented, she’s SUING FOR A QUARTER-MILLION DOLLARS.
