China to Snap Pic of Every Cybercafe Customer

In yet another crackdown on Internet users, the Chinese government has decreed that ALL CYBERCAFE USERS ARE TO BE PHOTOGRAPHED each time they walk into a cybercafe. by mid-December, all Internet cafes in Beijing will be required to install cameras and snap a picture of every user. In addition, ID cards will continue to be scanned before customers can use the computers.
