Bloomberg Accidentally Reports: Steve Jobs Dead

Bloomberg accidentally reported that Apple CEO STEVE JOBS IS DEAD. News organizations often prepare obits of famous people in advance so if they die they can publish the story quicker. Someone sent it out by accident, then quickly deleted it.
