In a breathtaking publicity stunt, Aperio Technologies has created “the world’s first terapixel image” — a digital picture with more than 1 TRILLION PIXELS. The photo, only 143 gigabytes, consists of 225 copies of a breast cancer digital slide combined together. You can zoom in on it here.
