Big Brother Is Watching Your Trash In UK

The Weymouth and Portland Borough Council in Dorset, UK, will plant hidden surveillance cameras to make sure residents put trash bins in the right place at the right time. These TRASHCAMS will enable town officials to issue tickets and fines of up to £10,000 to offending residents.
